Hi!  My name is Marilyn Schwantes.  I have been involved in buying and selling real estate since I homesteaded my first cabin site in Kenai, Alaska in 1957.  I believed what Will Rogers said, and I quote:  "Buy land, they ain't making any more of the stuff!"  I have never changed my mind.  I didn't actually get licensed as a "Realtor" until 1989 and became a broker and started "Sun Properties" in 1993.


I am happy to say that I only have very special people working with me to help you with your real estate needs.  They are all hard working, honest and will work for you to the best of their abilities.  As far as I'm concerned, that is all anyone can ask for.

My name is Roberta Schwantes.  I am a Seattle transplant to what I refer to as my "Mayberry Town in the Columbia River Valley".  My family and co-workers are fortunate to cross paths with many types of wonderful people in this area.  This may include my neighbor, a weekender at our Sun Cove waterfront community, a golfer enjoying Desert Canyon golf, sports teams from our surrounding community or possibly one of the hard working people engaged in running our area fruit orchards and noteable vineyards. 

Our family businesses include general contracting, property management, apple orchard, hair salon and, of course, Sun Properties Real Estate, which combined expands our network in this area even greater.

Hi!  My name is Pamela Cooke.  My family and I have lived in the Greater Wenatchee Area for about 16 years.  We feel so fortunate to be able to enjoy all the amenities that the area has to offer.  One day you may be jet skiing down the mighty Columbia River and the next you may be skiing up at Mission Ridge.  I love the diversity of this place!

My husband and I own a general construction business, Boa Construction, but my passion is working as a Broker for Sun Properties.  I have a business background which lends itself well to this business and I enjoy staying involved in my community.
