The Villa's at Desert Canyon

Phase 1 of the Golf Villas at Desert Canyon was constructed in the mid-1990s and consisted of 15 original units. These units are 2 or 3 Bedroom with 2, 2.5 or 3 Bath depending on the Model Design. Standard interior features included wall-to-wall berber carpeting, tile floors and countertops and custom cabinets. These are SINGLE FAMILY residences with party walls. Phase 2 of the Golf Villas is just getting under way. The starting complex of four Villa units will range in size from 1,530 to 2,023 square feet, click on the Villa Link above to view the floor plans.

Both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Villa's at Desert Canyon are in the VILLA HOA for common area costs including Lawn Care Service, Snow removal and septic care. Dues are $ 350.00 per quarter.

All Villa owners also belong to the DESERT CANYON MASTER HOA, those ammenties include Private Swimming Pool, Spa and Tennis Court. 2008 annual dues are $650.00.
